QA MODULES

In this module you can record your business processes that are involved in quality management. It is important to not mistaken with the Workflow engine which is a configurable state tracking system., independent from the QA management. But the Process Quality Requirements (aka Process Library) is a strongly QA-oriented business registry. The purpose of the module is to „force’” process-oriented thinking while operating QA system and to allow for a detailed analysis of each activity (process steps). As mentioned above, the module does not control, only records business processes. 

In the module, users can record their quality assurance processes, the process steps that make them up, the resource requirements for the steps, the preconditions and postconditions, and documents. In short, everything that is needed to ensure a constant level of quality.  

You can also enter metrics for each activity to characterize them in a meaningful way and these metrics are recorded in the system (KPIs).

Risk Management 

Risks related to your company’s operations are essential to any quality assurance system. Anybusiness item (process library items, partners, employees, assets, etc.) registered in the system can act as a subject for the associated risks, which also can be displayed and edited on the item’s data sheet itself. 

The risk analysis may include preventive and corrective actions as well as pre- and post-action risk assesments. 

Furthermore, incidents can be displayed for each risk element to provide input for the next cylce of risk analysis and risk management planning.

Audits & Inspections 

The ISOCloud audit module can be used to plan the audits of the company and you can record their results as well. 

You can characterize the audits by the inspections standards or by the type of the auditor: 

  • 1st party: own internal audit 

  • 2nd party: by a business associate of the company 

  • 3rd party: audit by an independent auditor 

With the help of the “audit plan module”, activities, measurements (events) to be performed during each audit can be planned with the accuracy of hours and are automatically assigned to the tasks of the actors.  

The audit questionnaire, which registers the important control points and their appropriateness as a guide assists in carrying out audits and recording the results.  

Discovered non-compliances during the audits and its corrective actions to address them are also can be recorded in the system.

Incident Management 

The module captures events that are important to the operation of the organization and seems to be deviations from normal operations, so they either require intervention or at least provide information for managers who need to be aware. 

Incidents are closely related to risk management, as incidents are treated as the occurence of a risk event. This also means that incidents in the system can be assigned to risks, so risk estimates can be much more accurate when relying on accurate incident numbers and ratings than relying solely on „intuition”.
