The module title speaks for itself: the QA section of the application includes all the modules and tools your company requires to use in order to maintain the desired quality level of your processes and services, for eg.: Risk and Incident Management, Audits and Inspections, KPIs, etc.
These are the essential tools which help your company constantly profiting from digital teamwork or measuring its efficiency. For eg.: the smart workflow engine, shared document management, task administration and dashboards – all of them were developed for increasing process efficiency and communication speed.
Business Extensions are additional „mini” modules and auxiliary tools recommended for completing your company’s quality assurance processes but necessarily minimalized to not get you out of the QA-scope. These are like: Employee registry, partner management, asset catalogue, event scheduler, or the notification template editor.
