The ISOCloud workflow engine is a complex state tracking system which allows you to record and configure electronic work processes. You can define any business item (ie. a partner, a document, a device) as an input for your workflow, then the engine will help you create your desired business output.
This electronic worklow either can be fully automated or configured for manual interventions. You can also specify conditional branches and subprocesses, as well as responsible people for each step whose task list will indicate that they have to act. The course of the process flows are determined by the sysem conditions or the manual task decisions made at each step.
The workflow configuration set has been developed by a quality assurance philosophy which means you can group your process configurations in templates and versions as well.
Dashboard & BI
The dashboard module is a helpful overview menu developed for display different KPIs and metrics built and calculated by different modules of ISOCloud. In case you are a management member and desire to see the business efficiency in a transparent and logical way, then this module is going to be your true partner. The system is also able to be connected to standalone BI apps like PowerBI™ to enhance the business intelligence funcionality of your company.
Another core module is the fully ISO-compatible document storage provided to track, manage documents and reduce paper works.
The purpose of the Document Management module is to handle all documents that are relevant from a QA viewpont, to store them in a secure and manageable electronic space, and of course provide the document management functions.
These are in a nutshell:
Parallel editing of documents
Manage document versions
3-level category leveling
Manage document permissions
Working with libraries
Smart search (by document name and content as well)
With the basic version of the system we already provide a default QA document reviewer and approver workflow configuration for you which can be fully customized by the workflow module.
The module captures events that are important to the operation of the organization and seems to be deviations from normal operations, so they either require intervention or at least provide information for managers who need to be aware.
Incidents are closely related to risk management, as incidents are treated as the occurence of a risk event. This also means that incidents in the system can be assigned to risks, so risk estimates can be much more accurate when relying on accurate incident numbers and ratings than relying solely on „intuition”.
